Today I had a long overdue appointment with Ray. When I walked in I thought that I was doing okay, you know, no issues or real pain to speak of. But by the time I left after her treatment, I could tell such a difference. I actually felt lighter in my step and more free in my movements. I can honestly say that Ray is the best when it comes to massage therapy.
